- Andrew Witty, who stepped down as CEO of UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH) earlier this month, won’t stand for board re-election at the company’s annual shareholders meeting on June 2.
- The company said in an SEC filing that it accepted Witty’s resignation as a board director on May 20.
