Asana announces CEO appointment

Asana (NYSE:ASAN) announced that Dan Rogers will become chief executive officer on July 21, 2025.

Rogers succeeds co-founder Dustin Moskovitz, who will transition to chair of the board.

Moskovitz will continue shaping product vision and AI strategy.

Rogers brings leadership experience from LaunchDarkly, Rubrik, and ServiceNow.
