Bitfarms announces 10% share buyback

• Bitfarms (NASDAQ:BITF) announced a share buyback program to repurchase up to ~49.94M shares, which represents 10% of its public float.
• The buyback period begins on July 28, 2025, and will run until July 27, 2026.
• The repurchase of shares will be subject to daily limits: up to 494,918 shares on the TSX, and on Nasdaq, purchases are capped at 5% of outstanding shares during the program period
