Paramount Skydance offered $30/share for Warner Bros. Disovery - report

Paramount Skydance (PSKY) offered $30/ share for all of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), according to a CNBC report, which cited people familiar with the matter. Shares of Warner Bros. rose 4.8% in premarket trading.
The offer would be above the $27.75 a share cash and stock offer that Warner Bros. (WBD) agreed to take from Netflix (NFLX) earlier on Friday.
Netflix (NFLX) earlier said it will acquire Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), including its film and television studios, HBO Max and HBO, for a total enterprise value of ~$82.7 billion.
