Foxconn’s February revenue rises amid strong demand for AI servers

Foxconn’s (FXCOF) February revenue climbed 8.06% year-over-year amid strong demand for AI products.

First Quarter 2026 Outlook

The Apple (AAPL) and Nvidia (NVDA) supplier — which is formally known as Hon Hai Precision (HNHAF) (HNHPF) — said visibility into the first quarter of 2026 aligns with market expectations.

“Shipments of AI racks continue to increase, and Smart Consumer Electronics are also better than expected. The seasonal performance for the 1Q26 is expected to be better than the range of the past five years,” said the Taiwanese company in a press release on Thursday.

February 2026 Revenue

Foxconn said revenue in February grew 8.06% year-over-year to NT$595.8B but declined 18.39% month-over-month. The company noted that in U.S. dollars, revenue was down 18.3% month-over-month and increased about 12.6% year-over-year, reflecting the highest figure for the same period on record — February 2025 ranked the second highest with NT$551.4B.

The accumulated revenue for the first two months of 2026 amounted to NT$1.33T, increasing 21.63% year-over-year.

Year-Over-Year

Foxconn said Cloud and Networking Products revenue showed strong growth year-over-year due to strong demand from AI servers.

Components and Other Products, Smart Consumer Electronics, and Computing Products segments declined due to fewer working days in the month, according to the company.

The Lunar New Year holidays fell in February this year compared to January in 2025.

Month-Over-Month

The company said Cloud and Networking Products declined month-over-month due to fewer working days in the month. Components and Other Products, and the Smart Consumer Electronics segment also declined due to this reason.

Meanwhile, the Computing Products segment slightly declined month-over-month.

Foxconn is slated to report its fourth quarter 2025 financial results on March 16.
