Adobe launches array of AI agents to help businesses shorten workflows

Adobe (NASDAQ:ADBE) has launched a line-up of artificial intelligence agents designed to help clients shorten workflows across a range of use cases.

The agents were first revealed during the Adobe Summit 2025 in March, but the creative application company is making them generally available starting today. Investors have issued some concerns over the ability of AI tools to threaten the market share of design software companies such as Adobe, Figma (FIG) and Canva. But Adobe has already worked to implement AI-powered tools into their own products, such as Firefly.

“Adobe’s agentic AI innovations are redefining customer experience orchestration in the era of AI, enabling businesses to unlock productivity with agent orchestration, reimagine longstanding processes, and deliver personalized experiences at scale to drive business growth,” said Anjul Bhambhri, senior vice president of engineering at Adobe Experience Cloud.

The new out-of-the-box agents allow users to quickly build audiences, orchestrate campaigns, experiment with ideas, gain insights into data, optimize websites and improve customer support. Adobe also plans to soon launch the Experience Platform Agent Composer, which allows customers the ability to customize and configure their own agents.

Salesforce (CRM) was one of the first enterprise software companies to offer out-of-the-box AI agents for clients when it launched Agentforce late last year.

Adobe also announced new agentic partnerships with Cognizant (CTSH), Google Cloud (GOOG)(GOOGL), Havas (OTC:HAVSF), Medallia and Onmicom (OMC). Adobe’s agents are anchored in the Adobe Experience Platform.

Adobe plans to release its third quarter financial results on Thursday, Sept. 11.
