Firms say US must work with allies to counter China’s goal of semiconductor dominance

U.S. semiconductor organizations and companies say the U.S. Trade Commission must look beyond tariffs, and also embrace working with global allies, to stave off China’s attempts to dominate the industry.

The U.S. International Trade Commission plans to hold a public
