Getty Realty (GTY) on Thursday said its 2026 AFFO per diluted share is expected to be in the range of $2.48 to $2.50, vs. $2.47 consensus.
The net lease REIT said it invested ~$135M at a 7.9% initial cash yield during the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
The investment included the acquisition of 15 convenience stores, six auto service centers, and two express tunnel car washes.
In 2025, the company invested ~$269M at a 7.9% initial cash yield, which included the acquisition of 26 drive-thru quick service restaurants, 25 convenience stores, 12 express tunnel car washes, and 10 auto service centers.
Shares were -0.67% pre-market to $28.30.
