More than 60% of the REITs report higher funds from operations in Q4 – report

More than 60% of the U.S. equity REITs posted year-over-year increases in their Q4 funds from operations, the latest T-Tracker report by Nareit showed.

Aggregate FFO was up 11.35% from the prior-year quarter across equity REITs to $20.87B from $18.74B.
