OpenAI updated its plan to restructure itself into a public benefit corporation, or PBC, earlier this month, which could help the startup, which is backed heavily by Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) and SoftBank Group (OTCPK:SFTBY), reach an initial public offering.
The updated
